What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining health information management and analytics where I can use coding, EHR expertise, and data visualization to improve data quality, compliance, and patient-care decision support.

I am a certified health information management professional with hands-on experience in medical coding, records release, and electronic health record management. I focus on accurate clinical documentation and compliance with provincial regulations to support patient care and billing integrity.

I currently work as a Health Information Professional II where I code inpatient and day-surgery records using ICD-10-CA, CCI, 3M Encoder, Meditech and related systems; validate requests for protected health information; and manage Release of Information workflows.

Alongside health information duties, I have built data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau Prep and Desktop as part of a Data Analyst class, conducting QA on datasets such as COVID-19, census profiles, and transit usage to produce actionable insights.

I bring strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills, and I seek roles that combine clinical data stewardship with analytics to improve health information systems and support operational decision-making.
