I’m an analytical Health Informatics and healthcare data professional with 5 years of experience supporting healthcare data analytics, ETL workflows, reporting, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration across healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.

In my recent contract work, I validated, analyzed, and maintained long-term care inspection datasets within the CARES portal, ensuring data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with ministry standards. I performed data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, missing data checks, and reporting trend summaries using Excel and Power BI to support operational and public health reporting initiatives.

Previously, at WebMD–Valuelabs, I developed ETL workflows using SQL and Python to extract, clean, transform, validate, and integrate healthcare and pharmaceutical datasets for analytics and reporting. I automated recurring reporting and validation processes using SQL and Python scripts, reducing manual reporting effort by 30%, while also conducting healthcare utilization analysis for segmentation and pharmaceutical reporting.

I bring a strong quality-and-governance mindset: I build interactive Power BI dashboards and Tableau reports, run data audits and QA validation, and document workflows and SOPs with clear data dictionaries and validation rules. I also deepen my interoperability understanding through my Health Informatics postgraduate program, applying HL7/FHIR concepts to support reliable, decision-ready healthcare insights.
