At MCR Solutions SA, I analyze client needs and configure ERP modules to match them. I support new clients through ERP transitions, including training and data migration, and provide day-to-day technical and functional support.
I also designed and developed Checkwave, a SaaS platform for managing end-to-end tests, independently taking it from needs analysis to an MVP deployed with a pilot team. I’m studying for a part-time Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Business Information Technology and want to develop my skills in IT solutions management, process optimization, and digital transformation projects.
