I’m a Business and Systems Analyst with 4+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in banking, fintech, API integration, payment infrastructure, and SaaS product development. I translate business requirements into build-ready FSD/TSD documentation, integration flows, data mapping, and test cases while coordinating SIT/UAT across frontend, middleware, core banking, QA, and external partners. At PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, I contributed to systems processing 1M+ monthly transactions and helped support 30+ integration projects within a cross-functional IT environment. I worked on BI-FAST Phase 1 & 2, designed JP Morgan remittance API orchestration with centralized logging and cross-border data integrity controls, and led SNAP API migration to maintain regulatory compliance and system stability. I also identified and escalated a critical direct debit security gap before go-live and led API testing and validation for WebMethods migration from Windows to Linux to standardize test coverage and improve post-migration performance.

Currently at PT Axel Tripsetiamitra, I lead business systems analysis for three enterprise SaaS products (UTMS, Gforce, and INA Trading), owning system design, API integration, client requirements, and delivery validation. I redesigned UTMS heartbeat monitoring for 100,000+ EDC terminals nationwide, designed Gforce inventory/ticketing architecture across 200+ locations, and defined INA Trading integration flows for Shopify-based onboarding, export certification, and distribution pipelines. I author and own system specifications and guide integration validation through design reviews while continuing professional development toward CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
