I manage a portfolio exceeding $4M and direct cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial functions.

My recent work includes leading Bayer Lotrimin Lotion toward a 2026 launch with projected $3.8M annual revenue impact, and delivering Hawaiian Tropic Facial Sunscreen from development through launch in six months, generating approximately $1.2M in annual revenue. I use stage-gate governance, earned value management, program controls, and executive reporting to keep complex programs aligned to schedule and business objectives.

Previously, I delivered transformation work for organizations including DuPont, Medtronic, Johnson Controls, and American Torch Tip, spanning quality systems, manufacturing modernization, medical device commercialization, and technology implementation. I'm PMP-certified with an MBA and build the governance, stakeholder alignment, and change frameworks that help transformation outcomes last.
