What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my legal, compliance, and operational experience to complex technology, crypto, fintech, governance, and regulatory-risk matters.

I advise clients through Gosai Law on high-risk, high-value matters involving crypto assets, Web3 platforms, fintech, artificial intelligence programs, and emerging technologies across jurisdictions. I support commercial and technology disputes, regulatory enforcement litigation, governance, licensing, AML, sanctions, and regulatory readiness.

Through my legal consulting work, I help corporate and nonprofit organizations build compliance programs, policies, risk assessments, business continuity plans, and governance frameworks using ISO and SOC controls. I have also supported contract management projects for organizations including AIG, Verizon, Google, and Genpact, and led operations and compliance work for a crypto exchange launch.

My background also includes mass-tort litigation at The Miller Firm, corporate transactional and contract management work at The Law Office of Maggio & Meyer, and teaching law, business management, cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity courses at National University.
