I've led white-collar enforcement investigations and civil litigation for the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Federal Reserve Board, and the U.S. Army, including False Claims Act, procurement fraud, banking, employment, and civil-rights matters. As first-chair counsel, I handled investigations, depositions, dispositive motions, trials, and administrative proceedings.

At LuxUrban Hotels, I built and implemented a risk management and compliance program as the company grew from start-up to a profitable publicly traded company. I now advise veteran-owned small and medium-sized businesses on disputes, contracts, business operations, and litigation, drawing on experience in compliance, commercial real estate, government investigations, and risk management.
