At ICON PLC, I manage a portfolio of 20 clinical research projects across Imaging and Cardiac Safety Services, leading studies from startup through closeout. I oversee up to 11 concurrent global studies while meeting milestones, quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.

I'm the primary sponsor-facing Project Manager, developing project plans, timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, and change requests. I lead cross-functional teams across operations, regulatory, and data management, using proactive risk mitigation to achieve 100% on-time milestone delivery and zero major sponsor escalations.

Previously at SMTC, I managed procurement for multiple clients, including open orders exceeding $20 million. I reduced excess material liabilities, negotiated vendor pricing and terms, and led the rollout of a centralized prepaid-material tracking system used by 30+ buyers across West Region sites.

My background also includes teaching biotechnology courses at Tec de Monterrey and directing DetectAn’s work on a novel diagnostic test for iron-deficiency anemia. I bring biotechnology, supply chain analytics, and project governance together to deliver organized, data-informed outcomes.
