At Laboratorios PiSA S.A. de C.V., I coordinated five multidisciplinary technical teams to execute 25 strategic R&D work plans as Project Manager. I tracked schedules, milestones, risks, and portfolio progress to support executive reporting and project decisions.
I also updated project schedules and scenarios in MS Project, maintained portfolio control tools aligned with PMBOK, and managed procurement and supply timelines for development and transfer batches. I temporarily covered the Head Project Manager functions, supporting a team of 23 project managers.
As Technical Head of International Contract Manufacturing, I coordinated product development, technology transfer, analytical validation, and technical documentation across client and internal teams. Project outcomes included validated analytical methods, manufactured batches for process validation, and readiness for stability studies and commercial operations.
Earlier at Laboratorios PiSA, I integrated technical dossiers for COFEPRIS registration and executed analytical method transfers, development, and validation. I hold a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from UniversidadAutónomadelEstadodeMorelos, and have taught in a diploma course on analytical method validation.
