I’m a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in IT and iGaming, focused on turning market research into clear product roadmaps. I lead cross-functional teams and use Agile methodologies to deliver product launches that improve user satisfaction.
At PlaySource, I manage the full product lifecycle of the RGS (Remote Gaming Service) platform—from roadmap definition to launch and optimization. I coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable, high-performance gaming solutions, and I define and prioritize features that enhance usability, game distribution, and operator integrations while ensuring compliance with international iGaming regulations.
Previously, I led provider and casino product initiatives at SoftConstruct and guided product development through market research and competitor analysis at BetConstruct. I’ve also built expertise in retention strategy, segmentation/targeting, loyalty programs, and campaign optimization, supported by hands-on team leadership across product and go-to-market.
