At RMBex Limited, I built three functional platforms for a licensed financial group, taking them from roadmap and vendor selection through compliance workflows and launch. I also authored a proposal for a USD e-money wallet using USDC cross-border settlement.

At HB Ventures, I assess investment opportunities across its fund mandates, write investment committee memos with MOIC/IRR scenario models, and advise a Chinese commercial-space company on a listed-company JV as a route to a Hong Kong listing. I also developed an automated deal-scanning platform and daily portfolio pricing and IRR tracking.

At Fuzztrack Ventures, I designed financial models for four companies and prepared fundraising materials. Earlier, at PropertyGuru, I established 30 new prices for B2B property data products and standardized the pricing process.
