At POSITAL-FRABA, I support industrial encoders, inclinometers, and draw-wire sensors for customers and distributors across the Americas. I traced a J1939 encoder issue in heavy equipment to a factory configuration error, reproduced it with CAN traces, and worked with engineering on the fix and RMA path.
I also write customer documentation, including a sensor migration and configuration guide, mounting instructions, and a training video on commissioning encoders with a Rockwell PLC. I built a legacy product cross-reference dataset for the AI support chatbot and review its answers to report corrections.
Earlier, at Kurobi Automation, I provided pre- and post-sales technical support for industrial automation and Cognex machine vision systems. I also supported customers at Allstate and Pool Supply Unlimited, and worked in quality control at Hisense and CNC programming and operation at ALC Manufacturing.
