What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver industrial automation projects where I can combine robotics, 3D mechanical design, vision systems, technical sales, and cross-functional project execution.

At CESAT / SENSOTEK, I lead industrial automation projects from client consultation and $10K–$500K USD technical quoting through fabrication, commissioning, and handover.

I design custom tooling, fixtures, and safety guarding in SolidWorks, Catia, and Fusion 360, using 3D printing and simple CNC machining to validate concepts. I've programmed and deployed Kawasaki, UR, Yamaha, Dobot, Rokae, and Epson robotic systems with Keyence and Cognex vision integration, reducing process cycle times by at least 15%.

I coordinate PLC programmers, electricians, and mechanical technicians, while managing suppliers, BOM optimization, FAT/SAT, and operator training. I also connect robotic cells to factory PLCs through Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and PROFINET and integrate machine-safety hardware.

Outside automation, I coach competitive master and teenage swim teams at IMDET / BlueSwimmers, where I helped the Ajolotes team achieve the second-best ranking in Baja California.
