What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead legal or business operations teams where I can improve complex workflows, build KPI-driven reporting, automate processes, and deliver measurable results across cross-functional and international teams.

At Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law, I led cross-border post-submission teams of more than 40 people across Argentina, Mexico, the United States, and Colombia. I redesigned workflows from backlog to eight months ahead of deadlines in five months, built the corporate KPI system, and created real-time Power BI and Tableau dashboards for leadership decisions.

I've managed immigration case strategies for affirmative asylum, work permits, and RFEs while coordinating interpreters, clients, attorneys, and government authorities. My background also includes contract lifecycle management, vendor negotiations, legal research, customer service operations, training, and leading international teams of up to 100 representatives.
