I've supported immigration removal defense work at The United Firm – La Liga Defensora, APC, drafting motions to substitute attorneys in the EOIR Department and guiding payors and clients' families through bond processes.

At Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law, I led the main legal line for the Removal Defense department, coaching team members and managing workflow to meet court deadlines and call-up dates. Under supervision, our team submitted more than 200 asylum and withholding of removal cases without missing a deadline.

As a Removal Defense Paralegal, I conducted client interviews, legal audits, compliance verification, and prepared I-589, EOIR-42B, and I-765 applications. I also submitted filings through ECAS and drafted motions to change venue, substitute counsel, and request virtual appearances.

My background also includes quality assurance, training, and human resources legal advisory work. I'm a lawyer and mediator who values quick learning, effective teaching, teamwork, and helping both teams and individuals succeed.
