I've led beauty education, artistry, and field coaching for Dior, By Terry, Clarins Group, and SpaceNK across luxury retail markets. My work turns product knowledge and brand strategy into elevated client experiences and stronger selling behaviors.

At Dior, I designed and led a four-day Nordstrom Seattle pilot masterclass that generated $75K in sales and became Dior's largest masterclass event at the time. At By Terry, I drove 25% year-over-year market growth while leading sales and education across the Western U.S. and Canada.

I'm also a retail training consultant, licensed esthetician, and professional makeup artist. I create onboarding, manager development, customer experience, and operational training that helps teams perform confidently from launch through ongoing growth.
