What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Senior HR Compliance Specialist role where I can apply HR operations, regulatory audit, investigation, and risk-management experience to strengthen the integrity and effectiveness of HR programs and processes.

I co-founded Lockridge Logistics and grew its payroll from $300K to $2.7M while scaling revenue from $300K to $4.2M in three years. I led HR operations, compensation, benefits, labor compliance, and strategy for 120 employees.

I built Lockridge Logistics University in Paycom, delivered quarterly certifications, and created career paths that advanced drivers into dispatch, training, HR management, and business ownership. I also led workplace and EEO investigations with a 100% substantiation rate and zero corporate overturns.

At the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, I managed vendor contracting for legal training, executed a $1M training budget, and assessed compliance risk across 3,500 speaker-vetting requests. I also supported EDGAR workforce capability and helped drive record 91.2% participation in the Combined Federal Campaign.

My earlier Army Finance Corps and internal-control leadership included international audits, multi-currency disbursing, classified fiscal governance, and an investigation that identified $800K in fraud. I’m pursuing senior HR compliance work where I can strengthen the integrity and operational effectiveness of HR programs.
