What I'm looking for

I am seeking a data-focused healthcare role where I can apply EMR/CMR expertise, quality systems knowledge, and leadership to improve operations and client outcomes.

I am a dedicated, detail-oriented healthcare data professional with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and current graduate study in Healthcare Administration. I combine hands-on social services experience with technical leadership from IT management roles.

My work includes intake and eligibility screening in behavioral health settings, crisis response and resource coordination through a 2-1-1 program, and managing sensitive client information using EMR/CMR systems and county resource software.

As an IT Tier 2 Manager I led technical support teams, trained new hires, implemented troubleshooting procedures, and improved operational metrics while serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I am passionate about leveraging data management, quality systems, medical terminology knowledge, and analytical problem solving to transition into a data-focused healthcare management role that emphasizes precision, compliance, and improved client outcomes.
