At WELLSTAR HEALTH SYSTEM, I maintain patient information and clinical documentation in Epic. I enter histories and vital signs, and ensure diagnostic records are linked to patient charts.

I also process Epic In-Basket workflows, routing refill requests, portal messages, and medical requests to clinical staff. I assist providers with pediatric ENT procedures while following established clinical workflows.

At PEACHTREE WOMEN'S CLINIC, I completed patient intake, recorded vital signs and medical histories, and maintained electronic medical records. I also prepared examination rooms and processed specimens and routine clinical tests.

My earlier work at U-HAUL, SPIRIT AIRLINES, and ASSURANT involved customer and account records, transaction documentation, and regulated operational procedures. I'm seeking a fully remote position in medical records, healthcare data, clinical documentation, or healthcare operations.
