What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-impact research, strategy, and analytics portfolios that translate evidence into financial-sector policy, responsible lending, and inclusive market outcomes.

At Dvara Research, I direct 15+ research, evaluation, and analytics engagements across financial systems, advising regulators, governments, funders, and industry leaders on financial inclusion, MSME finance, and credit markets.

I co-lead a $4M Gates Foundation-funded customer-protection programme, advised a World Bank-led digital credit market initiative in Kenya, and directed a 250,000+ record customer behavioural data programme that informed digital financial inclusion strategy for industry and the RBI. I’ve also built an ML-based SupTech prototype incorporating risk scoring, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection that is under evaluation by the RBI and NPCI.

I lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage portfolio decisions and donor relationships, and translate evidence into decision-ready recommendations. My work includes 35+ publications, expert-committee support for RBI and IBBI, and policy design for Government of India MSME financing programmes.
