What I'm looking for
I handle daily payroll operations while ensuring employee records and workforce data remain accurate and properly managed. At TMF Indonesia, I prepare payroll reports (benefits, compensation, deductions, and monthly tax calculations), administer mandatory national social security contributions, and process tax reporting for permanent, non-permanent, expatriates, and resigned employees.
I also strengthen transparency through reconciliation of payroll and tax calculations, distribution of payslips and annual tax forms, and clear support for client inquiries on regulations and benefit provisions. I actively utilize Alteryx and Horizon, supervise junior payroll staff, and support ISAE 3402 quarterly audits with strong evidence and documentation—backed by earlier data reporting and customer support experience.
