I am an IT professional with over 6 years of experience specializing in software implementation, technical support, and system integration. Currently, I work as a Senior Implementation Engineer at SoftTech Engineers Ltd., deployed to GMDA, GMC, and the T&CP Office.

In my role, I drive the successful implementation and support of digital solutions for building permits and planning approvals. I coordinate with government officials, gather system requirements, train users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth adoption aligned with departmental processes.

My background also includes backend operations, IT support, and project coordination—helping streamline workflows and strengthen digital governance initiatives in urban planning and municipal sectors.
