Led automation framework development for the Healthy Together platform, using Cypress for end-to-end testing. Developed TestRail suite for web and mobile applications and integrated automated testing into CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions.

Created Playwright and Jest automation tests for the Sunroom platform. Performed manual and automated testing on app and web releases, creating test plans for new features in TestRail, and built an iOS automated testing framework in XCUI.

Software QA Engineer for Navan's mobile and web applications. Conducted QA testing for mobile releases for Android and iOS apps, led QA for several major projects, and developed and maintained test cases in Cypress for web and Espresso for Android.

Created and managed QA support for quarterly system releases on Fire TV streaming devices. Managed several QA engineers in India to help drive manual and automated testing efforts across several release milestones, and wrote automated Selenium test cases in Python and Java.

Wrote tests for various retail sites, testing HomePage, PDP, PLP, Search, Cart, and Checkout flows. Developed and maintained Selenium automation tests in Java.

Tested the Mode platform on web and mobile browsers. Wrote various bug reports on the JIRA platform and test cases in TestRail.
