@dustincloutier
Analytical scientist specializing in water treatment and quality control.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated scientist with a strong background in analytical instrumentation and water treatment. I graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Carroll University, achieving a GPA of 4.0 and graduating Summa Cum Laude. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in various scientific disciplines, including chemistry and biology, which I have applied in my professional roles.
Currently, I work as a Scientist I at Pentair, where I co-led the commissioning of a Customer Water Analysis Lab. My responsibilities have expanded to include operating advanced analytical instruments, conducting reduction testing, and implementing quality control measures. I played a pivotal role in achieving IAPMO certification for in-house PFAS testing, showcasing my commitment to excellence and innovation in water treatment solutions.
With a passion for continuous improvement, I have developed and revised numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with ISO 17025 standards. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others, as evidenced by my participation in hiring committees and training initiatives. I am now seeking a remote position that allows me to support my wife's career while continuing to advance my own in the field of analytical science.
