Extracted and analyzed 200–250 patient samples daily using Shimadzu LC-MS 8040, ensuring data integrity and adherence to turnaround times. Performed system suitability checks, calibration preparation, troubleshooting, and supported method validation and compliance audits.

Designed and implemented standardized QA procedures and SOPs across multiple production lines to reduce process variability and improve audit readiness. Led in-process and final inspections, investigated OOS batches, and coordinated root cause analysis and CAPA with cross-functional teams.

Produced over 1,200 flavor and additive formulations annually, managing precise ingredient handling, documentation, and reproducibility. Oversaw inventory and retention libraries, applied solvent extractions, and maintained hazardous waste compliance to support fast-paced R&D.

Compounded dry and liquid flavor prototypes to meet customer briefs and rapid turnaround targets, and participated in flavor optimization to meet regulatory, cost, and stability requirements. Performed QC checks on finished products and supported sensory evaluations and documentation.

Performed chemical analyses on cannabis products using GC-MS, HPLC, and GC-FID to quantify cannabinoids, terpenes, and residual solvents, and ran ELISA and microbiological assays for contamination screening. Maintained chain-of-custody, solvent recovery, and SOP-driven documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Conducted RFLP-PCR and virology assays investigating E. coli and T4 bacteriophage interactions, and executed DNA extraction, CO1 PCR amplification, and taxonomy classification for tardigrade ecology studies. Designed experimental protocols and analyzed data to support molecular biology research outcomes.
