What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level SOC or security operations role where I can apply SIEM monitoring, threat detection, and scripting to grow my defensive security skills in a collaborative team.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented cybersecurity student with hands-on experience in SOC monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability assessment. I have practical experience using Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus and other security tools, and I apply scripting in Python and Bash to automate tasks and improve detection.

I have completed virtual internships and projects that include simulated SOC monitoring, CTF challenge automation, and a Python-based hash cracker that reduced manual effort by 40%. I am passionate about defensive security, familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, and I seek opportunities to contribute to and grow within a dynamic SOC environment.
