What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design, direct, and verify AI evaluation, training, and agentic workflows where rigorous benchmarks, system thinking, and measurable quality matter.

I've designed, shipped, and verified aura-code, a production multi-agent AI framework with 30 LLM providers, 25+ tools, 1,559 passing tests, and an MIT-licensed npm release.

I build AI evaluation and training systems through LLM output evaluation, preference ranking, RLHF, prompt design, rubric and edge-case authoring, and red teaming. I also authored AuraBenchmark, a 320-question agent evaluation suite with scoring criteria, an execution harness, and a public 50-day trial.

Before AI, I improved enterprise operations across Yazaki and Draexlmaier as an SAP ERP superuser and logistics coordinator, applying PDCA, 5S, root-cause analysis, E-Kanban, and material-flow optimization.

My background in English language instruction, travel systems, Lean manufacturing, and agentic systems helps me understand how complex systems work—then improve them. I don't try. I verify.
