I'm looking to lead product and UX work where I can build strong design teams, scalable systems, and customer-focused digital experiences alongside product and engineering leaders.

At Coschool, I lead UX across four product platforms serving 50+ schools, 500+ teachers, and 20,000+ students. I partner with product, engineering, and senior leadership to shape experiences, develop designers, and establish scalable design practices.

I architected a cross-platform design system that reduced overall design delivery time by approximately 40% and iteration-heavy work by approximately 70%, giving around 32 engineers shared implementation standards. I also led the Guided Practice transformation using 12,000 student data points, heatmaps, and misclick patterns, helping reduce gibberish typing by approximately 65%.

Previously, I improved retention, conversion, and operational efficiency at Head Digital Works, Wizely, Signzy, and 1Kosmos. My work includes a 65% retention improvement through a redesigned Rummy Lobby, a 200% retention improvement at Wizely, and onboarding and analytics experiences used by four major banks at Signzy.

I believe design leadership is about creating the environment, systems, and autonomy that help teams arrive at better answers themselves. I build product strategy, research practices, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows that turn ambiguous problems into useful product experiences.
