I architected a cross-platform design system that reduced overall design delivery time by approximately 40% and iteration-heavy work by approximately 70%, giving around 32 engineers shared implementation standards. I also led the Guided Practice transformation using 12,000 student data points, heatmaps, and misclick patterns, helping reduce gibberish typing by approximately 65%.

Previously, I improved retention, conversion, and operational efficiency at Head Digital Works, Wizely, Signzy, and 1Kosmos. My work includes a 65% retention improvement through a redesigned Rummy Lobby, a 200% retention improvement at Wizely, and onboarding and analytics experiences used by four major banks at Signzy.
