In my recent role, I managed brand social media presence end-to-end, including client interaction, paid advertising, content creation, and analytics. I ran Meta ads campaigns, optimizing for reach and conversion, and I supported strategy by directly gathering client goals, then delivering reports based on campaign outcomes.

Earlier, as a Social Media Marketer, I handled customer inquiries and day-to-day social media engagement to support follower growth. I also managed daily SEO communication for cosmetic and pet food brands, contributing to consistent visibility and audience interaction while keeping content production moving.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, I strengthened my foundation in multi-platform scheduling and performance research. I supported content management across platforms with tools like Mailchimp and ClickUp, conducted keyword research for SEO and social media optimization using Metricool, and performed ongoing Lazada product monitoring through customer reviews and comments.
