I also assisted with drafting a Business Process Review for KIHBIT by documenting existing processes and recommending improvements.
At Kenya Pipeline Company, I assisted with network cabling and configuration, preventive maintenance, and Fortinet and EDR installation. My experience also includes helpdesk issue logging, computer assembly, database tasks, and data annotation.
