What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud engineering—where I can own command-centre reliability, strengthen secure operations, and use AWS, Cisco, and monitoring tools to deliver fast incident resolution and uptime.

I’m a results-driven System Engineer with ~2 years of hands-on experience at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), specializing in IT infrastructure, command centre operations, cloud administration, and network management. I’m currently supporting Retail America UNFI as a System Administrator, where I manage command centre operations and IT infrastructure for a large US retail client—prioritizing system uptime, incident response, and SLA adherence.

I administer AWS Cloud infrastructure, monitor performance, and support cloud-based services, while working with Cisco networking equipment and tools (PPLEX & DPLEX) to maintain network stability and connectivity. I use SolarWinds for proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis, and Putty/RDP for remote server access, troubleshooting, and system administration, pairing this with cybersecurity best practices to protect client infrastructure and data.
