At DhofarPharmaceuticalIndustriesLLC, I support IT infrastructure across a pharmaceutical formulation plant and corporate office, serving 120+ users. I also work with one junior engineer.
I planned and implemented the IT setup for a new 120-seat office, including a Fortinet 80F firewall, CCTV, access doors, server room, and LAN cabling, coordinating with vendors.
I manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Active Directory, and Fortinet firewall support. I also implemented Synology NAS storage and manage Sangoma IP telephony and its SIP server.
Earlier, I provided desktop, networking, and hardware support at USG BORAL DRYWALL, Modern Beacon, Hindustan National Glass, Wipro InfoTech, Future Group, and Astral Glass. At Astral Glass, I supported the migration from copper cable to fiber optic cable between factories.
