Spearheaded the management and implementation of the EDCTP-funded PAMAfrica consortium, overseeing a portfolio of three major antimalarial drug development projects, including the development of Coartem® Baby. Managed the full technical, scientific, and financial final grant reporting cycle, ensuring all 10 partners across Europe and Africa met rigorous donor requirements.

Managed day-to-day operations for clinical trials within the Post-Discharge Malaria Chemoprevention (PDMC) consortium, coordinating activities across sites in Malawi, Kenya, and Uganda. Managed and coordinated multidisciplinary field research teams across two PDMC sites in Zomba and Lilongwe, ensuring high-quality study implementation.

MSc Student Intern within the vaccine group at Syneos Health, focusing on hands-on experience in vaccine development, mega clinical trial design, proposal development, operations, medical affairs, grant writing and project proposal bidding.

Conceptualized and conducted a cohort study evaluating the burden of malaria in infancy, overseeing the end-to-end research lifecycle from protocol design to execution. Provided comprehensive technical training for study staff, emphasizing rigorous adherence to research protocols and ICH-GCP principles to ensure trial integrity.

Provided high-level diagnostic and therapeutic care for pediatric and adult patients in a busy clinical setting, specializing in infectious disease management and emergency interventions. Liaised with specialists, laboratory technicians, and nursing staff to streamline patient care pathways and improve clinical outcomes.

Completed intensive clinical rotations in Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Surgery at Malawi's largest referral hospital. Managed high-volume caseloads in the Emergency Department, performing life-saving procedures and making critical decisions under pressure.

Led a multidisciplinary team of research nurses, data clerks, and laboratory technicians to execute complex clinical protocols in strict alignment with ICH-GCP guidelines. Served as the primary clinician responsible for the medical welfare of all study participants, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and managing longitudinal patient care throughout the study lifecycle.
