What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply data interpretation, process mapping, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills while delivering strong customer-focused support.

I've worked with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems to expand civic education and youth participation in Hambantota.

I created and rolled out voter education modules, launched three student civic education committees, and supported youth committees for local government engagement.

I developed policy proposals on disability-inclusive elections and early youth voter registration, and led data gathering and analysis on persons with disabilities for a research report presented to government officials and legislators.

Previously, I supported the Human Rights Commission in Sri Lanka by digitizing case records, assisting with investigation reports, and analyzing human rights cases. I'm completing a Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering and bring skills in data visualization, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and web development.
