I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can own payroll and HR operations end-to-end, stay fully compliant with Thai labor rules, and deliver better reporting through Power BI dashboards and accurate HRIS data.

I’m an HR and payroll professional with over 10 years of experience in Thailand, currently serving as a Human Resource Supervisor in a medical organization. I run full payroll processes, manage HRIS (EzyHR), and ensure all payroll activities follow Thai labor laws and company standards.

I’m detail-oriented and hands-on with compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, overtime calculation, and tax deductions. I also write and update payroll policies and work regulations, maintain accurate employee records, support audits, and create Power BI dashboards that strengthen management reporting and decision-making.
