Directed implementation of National Health Mission guidelines for communicable disease programs, improving disease monitoring protocols and reducing outbreak response times. Led training, surveillance strengthening (VBD-IHIP, IDSP), and stakeholder coordination across district and state levels.

Conducted disease surveillance and outbreak investigations, supervised IDSP reporting, and analyzed epidemiological data to inform public health responses and policy decisions. Coordinated multidisciplinary interventions and field assessments to prioritize public health actions.

Performed inspections and laboratory testing of plant products, prepared experimental and annual reports, and contributed to development of pest management plans aligned with national policy. Presented findings at conferences and supported regulatory compliance.

Conducted doctoral research in applied entomology and microbiology, isolating and characterizing insecticidal bacteria and applying molecular and bioinformatics methods to vector-borne disease studies. Published peer-reviewed articles and mentored undergraduate researchers.
