I've built climate-informed malaria forecasting models and public health decision-support tools at ICMR–National Institute of Malaria Research, collaborating with IIT Delhi on machine learning approaches to climate change, air pollution, and malaria in India.

At the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, I developed interactive Shiny R dashboards that translate vector-borne disease epidemiology, environmental risk, and forecasting data into accessible visuals for policy-makers and general audiences.

My work includes climate-based modelling of disease-vector distributions, IPCC-aligned malaria risk and vulnerability indices, and malaria epidemiology research across northern and north-eastern India. I also host capacity-building workshops on climate change and vector-borne disease analysis.

I'm currently managing capacity building at TCI Foundation, designing technical training on surveillance and evidence-based disease control while overseeing malaria surveillance, data collection, reporting, and quality control across two states.
