I’m a customer-focused Relationship Manager with nearly 4 years of experience in financial services. I manage relationships with 100+ Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), building trust through responsive support and long-term engagement.

At SBI Mutual Fund (Jan 2024–Present), I act as the primary point of contact for IFAs and coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve customer redemption, transaction, and documentation issues. I also run training sessions on market outlook, fund performance, and online transaction processes, and I guide IFAs on mutual fund products, digital platforms, and operational processes.

Previously at ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Oct 2022–Jan 2024), I supported IFAs and bank partners with operational queries, documentation, and transaction support. I coordinated with internal departments for quick issue resolution and conducted product awareness sessions to help partners feel confident in investment solutions, maintaining strong engagement through regular follow-ups.

I started at HDFC Asset Management Company (Jul 2022–Oct 2022), supporting distribution partners with product information, operational guidance, and product education sessions—especially around digital transaction processes. My approach is customer-centric: proactive engagement, escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, supported by certifications like Customer Service Foundations and GenAI Essentials in Customer Success.
