At Aioneers, I migrated a legacy, untested PHP billing module to Django using the strangler pattern, feature flags, and shadow-traffic comparison. We cut over in four phased batches with zero downtime and no billing discrepancies.

I also built CI/CD with canary rollouts and automatic rollback, and rolled out centralized observability across .NET, Django, and Node.js services. At Inviggo, I rebuilt a retail checkout as a decoupled React/TypeScript front end, reducing load time from about 4.5 seconds to 1.8 seconds.
