What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and strengthen physical therapy services while continuing to teach and train others. I want a role where I can deliver proactive patient care, support staff development, and help create positive community impact.

I’m a Licensed Physical Therapist and a resident in physical medicine and rehabilitation, guided by my “altruistic and proactive nature.” I’m committed to serving others and contributing to positive change in the world through hands-on care and leadership.

Since 2017, I’ve served as Manager of the Physical Therapy Department, where I “Managed and trained physical therapy staff” to strengthen service quality and teamwork. I also work as a Physical Therapy Professor for technical courses in massage therapy and physical therapy, supporting skill-building and professional growth.

I’ve helped build community initiatives as a “Founding Member of the Dominican Association of Physiotherapists (ADODF)” and served on its board of directors twice. I’m also a founding member of “IRO Support for the Elderly Project (IRO-AAE)” and “Director of the Technical Professional Training Center - IRO Educa.”
