I'm seeking a remote healthcare support, medical billing, coding, auditing, or care coordination role aligned with U.S. business hours, where I can apply clinical documentation and patient-records experience while continuing to grow in U.S. healthcare operations.

I've provided residential primary and emergency care through the National Health Service of the Dominican Republic, managing 40–50 patients weekly in a rural clinic.

I documented patient encounters in SIPNA EHR, reviewed more than 40 clinical charts weekly, and verified ICD-10 diagnostic accuracy and protocol compliance. I also coordinated high-risk referrals, prenatal follow-ups, and chronic disease management in an underserved community.
