Supervise youth in a structured residential environment and ensure daily routines, safety, and support for individual needs. Administer prescribed medication per protocols, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain daily logs and incident reports.

Collaborate with diverse teams on community support initiatives for homeless youth and families. Participate in law and policing workshops and complete assigned fundraising and collection projects within deadlines.

Handle cashier duties and manage store operations independently as a trusted team member. Prepare and handle food and merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and complete closing/lock-up procedures.

Completed a diploma in Education Protection, Security, Investigation at Durham College from September 2019 to April 2023.

Earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and maintained Honour Roll in Grades 11 and 12, graduating as an Ontario Scholar.
