I’m a fitness coach in training with a Tecnologo en actividad física from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), and hands-on experience supporting both gym clients and retail operations. I bring a practical, people-first approach that blends goal-oriented coaching with reliability and responsibility.

As an Entrenador de fitness (internship), I focus on planificación de rutinas and asignación de rutinas segun objetivos. I work to improve performance by corregir tecnicas, and I also handle aclaraciones de dudas e inquietudes de los usuarios.

My experience as an Auxiliar de fruver strengthens my discipline and consistency under daily pressure. I’ve been responsible for surtido de mercancia, exhibición de mercancia, and rotación de mercancia, while maintaining quality through control de averias y perdidas and strong servicio al cliente.

I value clear communication, structured planning, and measurable progress—whether I’m guiding someone through a training plan or ensuring the store floor stays ready and well-organized.
