Doug Haskins

I lead FAA Supplemental Type Certificate programs at AAR Corp., managing aircraft interior reconfigurations, structural and systems modifications, and avionics upgrades through return to service.

I coordinate engineering, certification, vendors, schedules, budgets, procurement, risk, and change management for transport-category aircraft. My work supports customers including United Airlines, Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines, UPS, Spirit Airlines, Turkish Airlines, AerCap, and Ethiopian Airlines.

Before becoming a Senior Engineering Program Manager, I served as a Liaison Engineer, providing technical support for Boeing aircraft maintenance visits, customer modifications, prototypes, and repairs. I work closely with customers, production, quality control, purchasing, and scheduling to meet technical and regulatory requirements.

I bring a Purdue aeronautics and astronautics engineering background, PMP certification, and international on-site experience across Europe, Asia, Central America, and Africa.
