Jaime Larmand
@jaimelarmand
I lead aerospace engineering programs from concept through production across global teams.
What I'm looking for
At Leonardo DRS, I lead high-visibility aerospace programs, managing design improvements, obsolescence corrections, engineering priorities, and cost and schedule reporting through EVM.
Previously at Collins Aerospace, I led U.S.–Poland engineering teams across simultaneous programs and directed system integration through design, verification, and validation to DO-178/DO-254 standards.
I also developed and validated F-15 flight-control software and LabVIEW PACs, working closely with test engineering on hardware/software integration and reliability troubleshooting.
Across 17+ years in aerospace and defense, I bring program leadership, technical depth, risk mitigation, and experience delivering complex work in regulated, fast-paced environments.
