Trained and compared GradientBoosting, RandomForest, and XGBoost models with SMOTE on the IBM Telco churn dataset; achieved best performance with GradientBoosting (Macro F1 = 0.7167) and promoted the model to MLflow Production. Deployed a 5-endpoint FastAPI churn prediction service on GCP Cloud Run with Firestore integration and MLflow experiment tracking.

Built an end-to-end analytics pipeline in BigQuery and Python/Pandas to identify a 9.93% product return rate and associated $1.07M revenue loss. Delivered a Power BI executive dashboard with DAX KPIs, projecting a 15% reduction in return costs.

Fine-tuned ResNet18 in PyTorch on the NIH malaria cell dataset, achieving 97.29% validation accuracy. Built and deployed an end-to-end pipeline (preprocessing, evaluation, deployment) to Hugging Face Spaces with a live public demo.
