What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistant or administrative role where I can keep operations organized, manage calendars and records, support bookkeeping, and use automation tools to help a growing business stay focused on its goals.

I keep calendars on time, inboxes under control, and books balanced so business owners can focus on growth instead of admin.

At the Nigerian Airforce, I supported daily office operations, prepared reports, processed financial records, and maintained accurate documentation from 2013 to 2026. I used Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools to manage data and produce reports with professionalism and discretion.

I've built hands-on virtual assistant projects covering inbox organization, calendar scheduling, data collection, bookkeeping, and automation. I created Calendly booking flows, automated email replies with Zapier and Google Forms, and tracked orders and payments in spreadsheets.

I'm comfortable working across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Slack, Trello, Asana, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Zapier, and N8N. I bring careful record management, clear communication, and a detail-driven approach to every task.
