What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a hands-on remote role in freight dispatch or logistics coordination where I can apply my U.S. truck dispatch training.

At Austad Atelier, I manage customer orders, deadlines, purchasing, pricing, and records through completion. I keep customers updated, manage expectations, and resolve service issues.

My dispatch training covered U.S. trucking roles and the full dispatch workflow, including load evaluation, True RPM and deadhead analysis, HOS feasibility, broker verification, and rate negotiation. I also practiced Rate Confirmation review, BOL/POD documentation, and load tracking.
