What I'm looking for

I'm looking for customer success, SaaS, hospitality, or digital operations work where I can improve customer journeys, CRM processes, AI workflows, and cross-functional delivery.

At Weisse Arena Gruppe, I improve reservation workflows, booking information, and guest experiences across multiple hotel properties. I also implemented an AI-powered knowledge base using ChatGPT and Claude to standardise responses and reduce manual research.

Previously at Remote Reception AG and Wellflamm AG, I supported Swiss and German hospitality operations through CRM optimisation, PMS implementation, AI response workflows, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination. I work across customer, commercial, revenue, and operations teams to keep customer requirements moving from enquiry through delivery.

As a freelance Business Operations Consultant, I support small businesses with digital operations, customer communication, workflow optimisation, and AI-assisted processes. I bring fluent German, English, and Hungarian communication to customer-focused digital transformation work.
