Juan Camilo Sierra Zapata

I am a freelancer offering graphic design, editorial, consulting, and illustration services. Some of the most recent projects and clients include the front-end design of Olloo’s website (Australia) as well as the visual standardization of their brand, the branding design for the influencer MTFK, social media and corporate services for Loomi Foods and Futura Coffee, editorial design, among others.

La Palma & El Tucan/The Coffee Hub is a group of companies dedicated to commercializing specialty coffees for export, retail, ecological tourism, organic products, and agricultural inputs. My functions revolved around executing these aspects from the design and visual communication to support the necessary commercial and communicative purposes.

My role consisted of creating and applying various communication and design pieces necessary for marketing strategies and interaction with customers, as well as ensuring visual and graphic coherence in all internal and external communications of Vaová Travel. I developed editorial products of various kinds, such as books and tourist guides, travel itineraries, quotations, formats, quotes, etc.

I worked for the “Grupo Interno de Trabajo Editorial”, CIUP, and the “Expedición Pedagógica 2018” project, where I was in charge of the editorial design of several publications and making various pieces requested to meet the editorial communication needs.

I did my professional internship in graphic design at the independent publishing house Volcán Ediciones. During my time there, I participated in projects for clients such as the Centro Nacional de Memoria Histórica with the publication of Tocó Cantar (second edition), LEGIS, with designs for notebooks of the Keepermate line, among other projects.
